Summary: Needed to reprogram room key. 7 times in 4 days. Force you into airport parking even when there is a free lot that says hotel parking. $12 a day ripoff

Summary: It was mostly good. The two things that I was disappointed in was the parking and the breakfast. When I booked I was under the impression that both were free, but that turned out not to be true. It was also a little confusing how the parking worked with the validation and all that. I think that there has got to be a better was to approach that.

Summary: Upon evening arrival we were told the onsite restaurant was closed because the airport was closed. Had to scramble to find a place to eat downtown and it was 8 pm at that point. Although hotel was nearly empty they put us in a dark low level room facing the entrance to the terminal- it was claustrophobic so we got a room on the top floor. Once we were ready for bed we discovered that there were no sheets. They moved us to the room next door. At checkout they knew about the incident but still charged us for parking which I feel that should have been comped. They apologized for all the mishaps and told us to help ourselves to muffins and coffee. We thanked them but the coffee pot was empty. Our stay really sucked

Summary: Check in was quick and Rose was friendly. Our room was a nice size and the view of aircraft was enjoyable. Bed was okay with nice pillows. Price was reasonable, would definitely stay there again.
