Positive: This house is absolutely stunning. It is situated beautifully in between many areas to explore. You feel at one with nature, with the opportunity to use all the surrounding campsite facilities. The views are beautiful, and the customer service goes above and beyond with the treats they provide for your stay.

Negative: It's hard to highlight any negativity, really . The house it so beautiful. One thing to be mindful of is the low-lying stone in the living room and dining room. Many of us caught our toes on it. However, it was nothing a cushion placed over it didn't sort.

Positive: Everywhere and everything was clean, in good condition and well organised, with everything we needed (almost - could have done with a spare potato peeler!). The breakfast hamper supplies, fruit, bread and pastries etc. were very good and much appreciated. Wi-Fi was excellent. We all enjoyed the woodland lightshow, thanks for the complimentary tickets. We also enjoyed using The Old Shed, very conveniently situated.

Negative: The house was very warm when we arrived, actually too hot on the ground floor that evening. We couldn't find the extra instructions about heating thermostats referred to in the Welcome Guide folder, although that wouldn't have helped at that point. The underfloor heating thermostat in the hallway didn't seem to have an option to turn it down. But I guess better too hot than too cold!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and were happy that we had made a good choice.

Positive: The house was lovely and very practical, It was great having a coffee and snack shop on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast hamper was extremely generous and the delivery of fresh bread and pastries every morning was a lovely touch. The location was great and there was plenty on site and within short distances to keep our grandchildren interested.

Negative: I can't think of anything.
