Positive: Big rooms, great beds, lovely staff in a lively part of town. Close to the train station and the central mall, can't really go wrong with what theyre offering. Rooms are large and clean. Overall a great experience

Negative: The aromatherapy machine in the lobby makes the entire place smell like chemicals.

Positive: I have been many places in Thailand and in my opinion Udon Thani is the best. The staff were the best ever and the hotel was beautiful.

Positive: Overall it was ok, nothing special. Some of the staff tried really hard and were very pleasant.

Negative: Bedrooms tired and had an odd musty smell. Wi-Fi very sporadic. The Soi the hotel is on is really dirty and noisy bars until late.

Summary: I would not stay there again, much better hotels near by and similar prices

Positive: I have been to this hotel before and it is an excellent stay, close to the busy walking street and to the different food courts. The shopping centre is only a stone throw away. Although it is situated in a busy area, the room was nice and quiet and very relaxing.

Negative: Hard to find something I didn't like, but If I had to, I would say that they only gave one key card, but that is not a game changer.
