Positive: Rooms are nice and modern, you surely have your privacy in here

Negative: We honestly accept everything and we are very understanding, but not in this case unfortunately. Seen the prices they are selling and the far away location which is outside Vangvieng, you would expect from them a better service: it looks like all they did is invest money in their rooms and that’s it. No staff, only one guy that doesn’t speak English (that’s okay, not uncommon here) but doesn’t even want to use translate to try to communicate or understand us. We rented from them a motorbike for two days and we asked on the last day to give us one last time (it was morning and we were supposed to have it until 2pm) since we had to move out with our backpacks but they refused and took the keys from us. I understand if you do not trust people or if you have strict rules, but at least have the decency of telling us “sorry that is not possible but we can call you a taxi”… Nothing, they left us wandering in the streets with all our bags and no one to call 🫠 Breakfast was very simple and sad, again we didn’t care much but for this price you would expect something more or at least some more effort! Same thing goes for the pool and common areas. Nothing seems taken care of and it is so sad cause a lot of small local businesses do their best to accommodate guests and this is a place with so much potential. We hope they will improve their services

Positive: The bungalows are nice and comfortable. The host does not speak english but tries to help. Breakfast was all you can eat in their product sélection and was decent (coffee was really bad though)

Negative: The photos are generated through AI, and the reality is therefore much lower than what was shown in the first few pictures of the booking page. The pool is notably not a dug pool but a small, 1m deep pool that is put under Wood to make it feel like a real pool. It was not horrible but you feel wronged when you arrive there
