Positive: The kindness of the lady and her daughter, and the fact that I could actually communicate with her. Her English is perfect, and she uses WhatsApp, so we were able to inform each other of several things. Proximity to the airport, which is why I chose it. The flexibility of the lady. She allowed for a late check out, which was really nice for me. I could relax and rest before starting my long journey back home. Thank you for that.

Negative: The cleaning. The place is really beautiful and has a lot of potential, but they should get rid of the shower curtain (dirty and smelly - did not touch it) and all the carpets for starters. Carpets are clearly only vacuumed, never washed. So a clean floor would be better. Sheets are also dubious... They were washed but the appearance is always of not clean. Basically, it doesn't feel clean. It's a pity.
