Summary: This is a nice laid-back place and at a good price on Naoshima Island. It is near Project Art House and the Ando Museum. There are a couple of cute restaurants nearby. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and personally picked us up from the port and helped us find everything we were looking for. Would stay again for sure.

Summary: We spent two mights at Bamboo Village. It is a charming guesthouse up on the side of a hill. We had added the trip to Naoshima to our itinerary last minute so we were thankful for the helpful suggestions the staff gave. They helped us make dinner reservations and when we missed our bus back to the ferry they gave us a ride. They helped make our trip to Naoshima outstanding and we hope to return one day.

Summary: I loved staying at Bamboo Village! It's a beautiful location, and the owners are extremely kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was able to find the hostel and that I had everything I needed. I had an amazing time on Naoshima and wish I'd been able to stay longer, and would absolutely stay at Bamboo Hostel again.
