Positive: Great and big apartment with a lot of space for everyone and everything. The apartment was really clean and comfortable with a big and good equipment kitchen. It`s look like a pretty new apartment.
Negative: it`s not a big deal, but just to said, there a steep staircase to get into the apartment, witch could be a problem for people with disability.
Summary: Great clean place for a familly or company of 4/5 people

Positive: We liked the dimension of the flat and the fact that the kitchen was well equipped. Moreover, the position of the flat is favorable because it is located near central market.
Negative: We didn't like the fact that the flat was not very clean when we entered, especially the kitchen. Moreover, the flat would need refurbishment (eg shower not draining, shutters not closing completely, etc). Also, we would not recommend this flat to families with children, as the streets surrounding the flat are frequented by prostitutes and shady individuals.

Negative: Shower head often fell down and drained slowly. The heating didn’t switch on.
