Summary: The room was clean but very warm. There was no way to turn the heat off. I called the front desk and was told the heat would shut off soon. They had no fan for the room to help cool it off. We was able to open the window for a while until bugs began flying in the room. The staff were nice, professional, and apologetic for the issue. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was great.

Summary: The front desk wasn’t very familiar with places to eat, no air conditioning nor a fan in the rooms, we had to sleep with the doors open. There wasn’t any access to a water fountain to refill water bottles nor get ice. The property is not handicap accessible which our other party needed. Getting to/from the elevator is not easily accessible for handicap person. There was no luggage rack available which would’ve been nice since my husband and I had to help with our companion travelers luggage since one was in a wheelchair due to a recent accident. There were no wash rags in the rooms either. The breakfast staff person was very pleasant and helpful.
