Negative: It feels better to park on the side street, as the street in front of the house is slightly busy, not a major problem as the other street is just 50m from the house

Less than 5 min walk to the nearest shop. Sean is brilliant too for responding to any questions and recommendations for food locally.

Positive: Location was very convenient. Spacious and good value for money. Lovely finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of small thoughtful touches around the property. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Negative: The keys were difficult to turn in the door. Would benefit from curtains as well as blinds just to block out more of the morning light.

Positive: On arrival at the property, the first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean it was and easy to access via the key-safe. Breakfast was not included as an option but we cooked our own so it was excellent! The size of the property was amazing with 4 beautiful bedrooms which were 3 double and 1 single. There is also 2 fabulous sized lounges, the larger one with a dining table and chairs right next to the kitchen which was very handy for meals. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the crockery and cutlery you would need, with a fantastic range for cooking - particularly liked the option to barbeque! Fantastic family sized bathroom with a smaller downstairs toilet. The beds were really comfy and cosy, with plenty of extra bed linen if required. There was an abundance of lovely fluffy towels. All correspondence with the owner Sean was excellent and responded to practically immediately. There was also a really helpful 'Hello' card which detailed lots of information. While we were there we also discovered a lovely eating place 'Crave' which is part the local butchers/deli - upstairs in the centre of town. fabulous choices on their menu. K & G McAtamney Butchery & Deli If we were going back to Ballymena, this would be our choice of house and would highly recommend both the owner Sean and his fantastic house - totally 5 stars. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!!!!
