Positive: Cannot recommend this accommodation enough, a beautiful and comfortable place right in the heart of Ballard. Fantastic location, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great amenities and that's before I get started on the beautiful roof garden! We loved our stay here, so many considerate touches which made feeling at home easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made this stay even better for those staying longer than a few days would be a slightly larger sofa which would accommodate up to four people rather than three, for cosy nights watching a movie - although we were in such a great location we rarely stayed in. We were close to grocery stores, great coffee shops, public transport and more breweries than you could shake a stick at - if we get the opportunity to visit Seattle again we'd love to come back.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great!

Positive: The property location was perfect for what we needed. I liked the separation between the bedroom on the bottom floor and the third floor. The property is exceptionally nice for that area of town. It was a nice stay.

Negative: A full length mirror and a make up mirror would have made the place perfect! You have to take your shoes off at the door. While this isn't uncommon, I don't particularly like going barefoot. I asked if I could check out late due to a flight change. I asked around 9:00 a.m. Checkout at 11:00. The yes response at 12:15, which I appreciated, but pretty sure they were aware that we had already left due to the ring door camera. If I had tried to arrange earlier I think they might have been accommodating.

Positive: Great location, walkable to all around Ballard.

Negative: Street parking was a pain. We even received a ticket because we parked too close to a driveway. Luckily we came out before the tow truck.

Positive: I loved the bathtub, fluffy towels and plentiful hot water. It’s built for living a comfortable life, with dining room table, great kitchen and relaxing living room. The bedrooms are spacious and everything is so clean, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Negative: Inadequate instruction on how to operate the keypad.

Summary: Fantastic. We’d love to stay there again!
