4 Bedroom Villa in Great Guana Cay

"Love Beach" is a 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom luxury pool home with a full gourmet kitchen, furnishings imported from Bali, and large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with infinity edge pool extending off the rear sun deck. Private beach stairs takes you down to the beach, where you can lounge in the breeze, sun tan, swim, snorkel, stroll or just relax on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided.
The house has a very beautiful and private configuration comprised of a main cottage and 4 individual ensuite bedroom cabanas, all with private entrances and decks overlooking the ocean.
In the main cottage you will find the spacious living area with a very well equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining area where you can entertain 8 people comfortably. There is a powder room in the main cottage as well. On the sides of the main cottage you'll find 4 cottages comprising 4 en-suite bedrooms each with private entrances and ocean views. The level of privacy is perfect for both 4 couples or a large family with children. Each of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with a desk, TV, lots of closet space with a safe (2 with safe), a private porch overlooking the ocean and Starlink internet.
Wake up in the mornings and feel the breeze from the ocean through the open doors. Have a coffee on the private porch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while you go online and check the latest news and emails. The large deck on the Ocean side of the house comes with 4 lounge chairs, a bar area with stools, a first class propane barbecue, and an outdoor dining table. The living room opens up with sliding doors all around, with 3 doors facing the ocean and the large deck area. You'll probably be living as much outside as inside. Air conditioning units keep the house nice and cool while you are basking on the beach and in the sun. Large outdoor fans will cool you off while you are outside on the porch, when there is no wind.
"Love Beach" is truly an exquisite rental home, located only a 5 minute golf cart ride from the ferry dock, Nippers, Grabbers and the Settlement. Nearly half of our guests are repeat visitors and staying in "Love Beach" will ensure you a fabulous Bahamian vacation experience you will remember for years to come.
Beginning August 15, 2025 a 5th Bedroom Suite / Wellness Room will be made available at the property. This space is an elegant, ocean-facing suite featuring a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed and en-suite bathroom. This versatile space can transformed into a wellness sanctuary equipped with a Pilates reformer machine, fitness equipment, and a calming meditation area with floor pillows, sound bowl, etc perfectly tailored to enhance your relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay. Guests simply need to indicate which configuration they prefer a few days ahead of their arrival.

Summary: Beautiful property...cannot beat that view and the beach access! The pool and sunken kitchen addition are phenomenal! The home is a unique layout that worked really well for our group. We all enjoyed passing between rooms visa open air. (The bunk room is not easily accessible so definitely more appropriate for teens rather than small children!) Darvin was always readily available and helped make our stay so easy. Jeff was also very quick to respond to all the questions we had when preparing! Would not hesitate to recommend to others!

Summary: We wanted to head back to the Abacos after 12 years and decided on Guana Cay. The house layout was perfect for our family. With the separate bedroom suites and the shared main kitchen and living/dining area, everyone had enough room to find some quiet time and also had a spot to hangout with family over meals and socializing. The beach was great and we were even able to walk to Nippers. We hung out at grabbers when the winds were onshore and it was very calm in front when the winds blew offshore. Sunrises and sunsets were visible from the house. It was well stocked with most everything you could need. We were active with 4 kids but I could easily see the house as a great spot for a low key trip with friends. We stopped in marsh harbor for groceries which is a great choice & they had boxes to take over in the ferry. Golf carts were easy transport around the island and everything is very close. We rented a boat, we snorkeled, we went deep sea fishing and we played in front of grabbers and nippers in addition to love beach. Overall, the house was was exactly what we hoped and I’d recommend it highly.

Summary: Great house with ideal setup for multiple couples or families with kids. Very private and a view that you can stare at for days. The owner was even kind enough to email me directly. The property manager was very helpful and on top of everything. He had great tips for or stay and always responded to any questions I had. We loved our stay and would do it again in a heart beat.

Summary: From the initial booking to leaving the island, communication with the owner and property manager was seamless!! Darvin met us at the dock with our golf cart and helped shuttle our bags to the house, which was GREAT! The home was as pictured! We really enjoyed having separate bedrooms spaces, with the shared living area! Made it perfect for traveling in a group, but still having your own space. The beach was A-MAZING! And the deck overlooking the ocean...oh my, we could have lived on that deck! Everyone on the island was super friendly and helpful! We did purchase some groceries in Marsh Harbour before heading over to Guana. The island does have a good grocery store though too where we picked up a few items as well! We're already talking about planning a trip back!! Best vacation EVER!! THANK YOU!!
