Positive: The staff are very helpful and nice. They allowed late checkout and changed the room because of the noise.

Negative: I rated 5 because of the noise coming from the street. I could not sleep till 6am and kept waking up every now and then. The noise is very loud, although the balcony door was locked. If there was no noise, I would have rated it 10.

Positive: The location is good with money exchange and restaurants and shops in the same street. The staff were exceptional i had an issue with my booking and they fixed it and gave me an even better room plus they were willing to mannered and helpful

Positive: All very good: very SPACIOUS room with a beautiful balcony at main vital street, feels like a suite. Street is filled with restaurants. I like also the location, around 3km walk to Amman University. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere and last but not least, very good price. So you get quality and comfortable stay here!

Summary: Fabulous! Forget other hotels and come here.
