Positive: Hidden gem The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful church and surrounded by nature. The sweet songbirds wakes you up gently and you can see butterflies and fritillaries amongst the flowers by the clean pool. I wish I had known this place sooner and booked my stay longer. Therese and Arman, the owners are very friendly and their staff are friendly and efficient. Maybe I’ll bring my daughter next time and spend more time exploring beautiful Bacnotan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Positive: The property is located in a beautiful and quiet municipality. It is surrounded by trees which extends all the way up the mountain at the back of the property. The owner personally welcomed us, gave us a tour and introduced us to each of the staff on the property. There was music playing on a phonograph when we arrived. The place was CLEAN. The facilities new. We especially liked the mattresses and the pillows. One small touch that I appreciated was the placement of night lights in the room and in the CR.

Negative: It was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool. But that’s the reality of travelling during the rainy season.

Summary: Thoroughly loved the place and the town it was in.

Positive: It was wonderful! I was surprised how beautiful the area was and how beautiful the people are! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit San Juan and was close enough to San Fernando La Union!

Negative: Didn’t expect to be there during a typhoon but still had a good time!!

Positive: Therese is very pleasant and accommodating. She is a very passionate host/owner and she put a lot of thoughts on the designs, comfort and well-being of the guests. It is their private property but you will really feel at home and well taken care of - like when you visit your relatives in the province.

Negative: My parents had the room with the double bed and the AC was a slightly noisy for light sleeper like my mom.

Positive: I liked how homey and warm it feels once we arrived at the location. The ambiance is a must place to have, away from the loud noise of the city life. Spending a quick get-away to this magneficent place was such an experience. The photos you see on their page totally agrees with what will welcome you once you're there (it totally exceeded my expectations!!!) It was just like visiting your favorite Tita and Tito in the province with how Ms. Therese and her husband accomodate us. The helpers were all nice, too! Such a tranquil and a much needed leisure time! I just hoped we could stay there longer. But we'll surely comeback with longer stays, ofcourse :)
