Positive: Extremely clean,, homely feel, great location, thoughtful detail even down to a box of tissues. Perfect for a stay in town and great location for day trips to surrounding areas. All the facilities you hood think of. Kerry was fab and easily contactable and help ful from booking to during our stay. Parking is also very close by.

Negative: Was concerned about the beer garden behind us , but actually didn't hear a peep, plus they do a reasonable breakfast ;😉. Couldn't fault it!

Positive: I had a great stay here. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very responsive and replied quickly to any questions. It’s located in a safe area, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again!

Positive: Great location, only ten minutes walk from the railway station and right in the centre of the town. Very clean, modern layout I'm not usually keen on open plan modern minimalism, but this has been done well and still felt warm, homely and comfortable.

Negative: A few more instructions would have been good - it being the end of October, the heating needed to be put on for a short while in the evening - I couldn't find the thermostat! It was twenty minutes of doing a microscopic examination of every wall (which is usually where thermostats are located) before I realised that this was a round free standing object sitting on a shelf which I had taken to be an air freshener!

Summary: Very clean modern apartment, close to railway and bus stations right in the centre of town.

Positive: We loved everything about this apartment. Central location, cleanliness, facilities and outside small patio area was a bonus as weather was good. We could not believe how private accommodation was. When we visit Beverley again we will definitely try to book here.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: The location was spot on ! Right smack in the town centre. Perfect for all the bar's cafe's restaurants, all within 2 minutes walk. Car park was literally 2 mins walk. Inside the apartment is brand new and was very well decorated. If we visit Beverley again I know where I will stay !!!

Negative: Nothing to dislike.!! Brand new Heart of town Good value
