Please note: Couples, families and holiday makers only. No children under 10 years old.. Dragonfly Cottage is an end terrace property, within a few minutes walk of the centre of Beverley. Dating back to the 17th century and belonging to the church of St Mary, this lovely little cottage was once home to the local monks. This property is ideal for couples or friends wishing to enjoy this vibrant market town. The property promises a memorable stay with comfort throughout. The living room with its open fire and a comfortable sofa, will be the ideal place to sit and relax after a day of exploring. The large dining area flows into a galley style kitchen with a unique feature wooden wall. The modern kitchen provides all the appliances you could wish for and is a great space to cook either a hearty breakfast or a romantic evening meal. From the dining area are the stairs leading up to the first floor.
Do take a moment to check out the view of the Minster from the landing window. Here you will find two well-presented bedrooms offering both twin and kingsize double accommodation. Both rooms have been tastefully decorated with matching soft furnishings. Summary: Dragonfly Cottage is an excellently equipped rental property. Not only are all the furnishings and equipment of the highest quality, but care has also been taken to make it very comfortable and homely. We were constantly delighted with the small, thoughtful details that made this cottage the best we have holidayed in in over 20 years of renting in this country. Oh, and the shower is amazing.
