Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — tucked away in nature but still close to everything we wanted to explore. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. The home was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable after long days outdoors. You can tell the design and layout were really well thought out, making it both functional and cozy. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing nature getaway!
Negative: My only complaint was not having curtains on the back sliding door. Not a big deal, but with just us 2 girls it was a little spooky at night. But overall not a big deal!

Positive: Great location, quiet, safe and at the side of town! Has washer, dryer, full kitchen, heat , refrigeration, TV and more. 1 bedroom is king bed, 1 bedroom is bunks. 1 bathroom with shower. Place to walk and beautiful senery. The owner is very attentive, to all our needs. Friendly service.

Positive: The location was excellent and close to everything you need. This was a cozy compound cabin located in a private area with fantastic views. Nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. I absolutely enjoyed this nature vibe!
Negative: The shower bathroom should have a curtain to cover the glass door. My teenager daughter felt uncomfortable taking a shower.

Positive: This is a beautiful, well thought out property in a gorgeous location. The bed was perfect, the space well set up and well designed with great little touches. It had everything we needed for a short stay!
Negative: We happened to have been there on a very cold weekend and the heaters were not quite up to snuff for getting the container warm enough to be comfortable. Another heater or two would be very helpful to make this more comfortable during the winter.

Positive: Baker Rocks provided an absolutely pleasant place to stay for a weekend (I wish it had been longer) and of course we didn’t have the summer weather that we had been hoping for. The person who designed and decorated this cabin in which we stayed was clearly skilled, thoughtful and created a peaceful, balanced atmosphere! You will see details in the bedroom that match other details in the living room and kitchen and details in the bunk room that match things in the rest of the living area. The entire cabin was very well thought out. We had all the niceties and comforts of home from a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), to a washer/dryer and grill outside (with a griddle). There was a great firepit, views and is pet friendly! This is a couple who have been developing their dream for 3 years or so and I highly recommend staying there! They are doing a wonderful job of creating something rare and amazing. There are other cabins, a treehouse, a dome, yurt and awesome tent sites. I'll be sure to put my 2¢ on Google, too. Give it a try if you prefer privacy and unique stays.
Negative: Well, we never did get the lovely little dishwasher to run because the machine was confusing to operate. The washer/dryer combination machine was very useful but again, it was difficult to operate. Also, a shelf or hook in the shower would prevent having to put our shower supplies on the shower floor.
Summary: I highly recommend staying at Baker Rocks!
