Positive: We loved the peaceful location above Argegno, perfectly balanced between the charm of the lake and the beauty of the mountains. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, everything was comfortable, and the view on the hills was amazing. The quality of the dinners in the evening was exceptional and made our stay truly special.

Negative: There was nothing we disliked. The only challenge is that being up in the hills required a car (or very good legs) - 10 min by car to Argegno, or 45min walking - but that is also what made the place so quiet and relaxing.

Summary: A wonderful family stay in a tranquil mountain side setting, with unforgettable hospitality.

Positive: We enjoyed very much our stay. The landscape is beautiful, hotes are charming and the cabans are very clean and quiet. We had a very good dinner.

Negative: The only bemol I would give is on the breakfast which is a bit light.

Positive: World’s best host and cook! Magnificent farm stay experience in the highlands of Lake Como. Short drive to the lake, wonderful retreat at the end of the day overlooking mountains, nature with enough interest in the small village across the valley and into the distance.

Positive: It was lovely. So picturesque and quiet. Very much out in the sticks so once you get there you don’t want to venture back out unless setting off for your day 🙂

Negative: We were offered dinner with ingredients from their land which was delicious. However, just be aware that prices aren’t advertised or made obvious on acceptance. Also, I did feel a little rushed to check out as the hosts were off to a wedding so didn’t feel we were able to enjoy the surroundings during the morning whilst having our coffee and breakfast which was a shame.

Positive: wonderful place in a perfect location on Lake Como, literally 6 minutes drive to the lake shore and 25 minutes to the biggest attractions, and at the same time the place is quiet and has the feeling of being in a high mountain shelter. The hosts are wonderful and the food you can order for dinner is the best I have eaten in Italy. Pool, children's playground, amazing view

Positive: The location in the middle of the mountains was very beautiful and peaceful to wake up with great views to the green areas. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming and the huts were really new and very cozy.

Negative: It was quite hot inside the hut and one can only open the door during the night, maybe a small ventilator would be nice
