Negative: The kitchen wasn’t that equipped for catering! No bread knife or board. No bottle opener! Glasses not very clean in the cupboard! No tea towels to dry up!

Positive: - Great location in the inner city with beautiful views of the harbor and close proximity to restaurants, shops etc - Spacious living room en decently sized bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom; well furnished - Great wifi

Negative: - A lot of noise disturbances in the evening and night from nearby bars and clubs; expect a lot of noise until at least 2-3am. Also a lot of traffic noise from honking and revving cars and bikes. On Saturday expect noise to go on all night including loud music coming from inside the building complex - Hygiene was subpar with several bugs in the kitchen and bathroom, and dirty windows and dirty utensils/ glasses - Only one small towel per person, not even kitchen towels - Only one set of keys - Missing details in the apartment for example part of the curtains missing, bathroom looks unfinished. Also the general area before entering the apartment looks absolutely decrepit - Our contact person for the apartment was 20 minutes late when we arrived, hardly spoke a word of English and did not respond at all to our messages about noise complaints

Positive: Excellent location overlooking the port. Really beautiful part of the city. Very spacious apartment , stunning views. Clearly the apartment had just been renovated, everything was new and unused.

Negative: One set of keys was a little awkward. Maybe a key safe on the building would work or a second set.
