Positive: The view was beautiful from our room and all staff members were very polite. Also it was quiet so we were able to rest and relax. Food was amazing! Loved it!

Negative: To get the gate open we had to get out of the car to press a button, that's all.

Positive: Beautiful location straight onto swimming lake with brilliant bars and food outlets. Will return and spend a week here.

Negative: Paying extra for air conditioning. Was an exceptional 44 degrees in Hungary on 3rd July.

Positive: The hotel was very clean with comfy pristine white sheets on the bed and nice pillows which made for a good nights sleep. The room and ensuite were spotless. We arrived late at night and so when opening the curtains in the morning were pleasantly surprised at our lovely balcony over looking a very pretty view of the lake and the hotel patio area's. It is in a quiet area with birds singing in the trees.

Negative: There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which lets the hotel down. We had been driving around after midnight trying to find the hotel and were in desperate need of a drink in our room on arriving. There are not enough signs for the hotel enroute (Sat-nav confusing) and there is one particular sign... just off a roundabout that is positioned in a way that sends you along the wrong road. We were lucky enough to see a local and asked for directions. So MORE clear signs needed,

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay and would return, Very comfortable, clean hotel.

Positive: Neat place, good location, silent, view at a lake, not far from airport, off-main road = low traffic (that's a positive), kind personel, cozy rustical hotel feeling, private parkinglot

Positive: + free car parking + extreme friendly and patient multilingual staff + very honest room cleaning staff (they informed us that we forgot 2 mobile devices and a purse in the room) + elevator + excellent restaurant with good selection of food in the menu + very big bathroom + we had room with nice view to the lake

Negative: - bathroom could not be heated (it was quite cold in the morning) - mold in the shower cubicle - small room with old, worn out furnitures - woke up very early by loud noise in the corridor, caused by other guests and staff (as the door were not soundproofed)

Summary: best of the stay was the extreme friendly staff and restaurant
