Positive: House is not really big but perfect for a couple. We found everything we need. Big and green backyard and gas grill.

Negative: Automatic lawn watering starts working at ~5AM. The veranda has a plastic roof and the drops from the irrigation drum very persistently on it. It would be great to start watering a bit later to have enought time to sleep in silence.

Summary: Great house for a couple. Big backyard where you can fun and chill.

Positive: We enjoyed the 1 bedroom main house. It was furnished thoughtfully with a good sized kitchen. The cabinet in the back was excellent for our two friends that joined us. It had a private show set and toilet. The yard was delightful. Would book again without hesitancy!

Positive: Almost everything

Negative: Bedroom not compleet. Although everything was as in the picture there were NO cushions to rest your head comfortably and no sheet or blanket or duvet to keep you warm. Not even on the closets. We found 2 plaids so we used those. This NEVER happened in the more than 10 years we use Booking.com and others. We informed host by mail. (Not by phone as it was already late evening). Sadly no response.

Summary: Satisfaction score could be 11 !!
