Positive: It is hard to explain how good Bagh Villas is. Akhilesh and Lia are absolutely fantastic and the staff here are the best we have ever experienced. The food, the service, the accommodation - it is all perfect. We stayed with some big chain 5* hotels while in India, and not one of them came close to matching the service levels we experienced here. If you are staying in Kanha, this is really the only place you should consider.

Positive: Our stay has been unbeatable, it has exceeded all our expectations. The owner, Akhilesh, and his wonderful wife, Lia, have been attentive at all times and have made us feel at home. The tippys have all kinds of amenities, the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are very clean. Lia's homemade food, all organic from her own garden, has been the best we have eaten in India. In addition, they were in charge of organizing all kinds of activities for us; from bike tours, long walks through the surrounding villages, to safaris where we saw tigers and all kinds of wild animals in the jungle. It has been an unforgettable experience. Hopefully we can return to repeat everything we have experienced. Thank you!!! Paloma & Pepe

Positive: exceptional location, as if merging in to the jungle for that soulful and immersive experience, which actually gives you that energising break that you need. superb location, fresh and clean property, great, friendly, staff felt like a home in the jungle and what inspired people, the naturalists have such profound knowledge and passion of the flora and fauna and the compassion for the local community that it is infectious!!
