Positive: Outside space and cafe

Negative: Was dirty on the outside, covered in cobwebs including around hook to hang robes. No instructions, information, communication regarding where to get logs and none supplied. No information regarding facilities on site and how to book. Lots of flies in property. Welcome pack would be of benefit. Train line directly next to property.

Summary: Overpriced would benefit from better communication and attention to detail.

Positive: The location is idyllic, the hosts were super friendly and helpful, the cabin was so comfortable and the wood fired hot tub was so relaxing. Highly recommend.

Negative: Leaving!! The children did not want to leave and neither did we!!

Negative: Cleanliness of room, floors and general facilities. Expensive to keep the hot tub running on wood if you don’t bring your own and want to use each day, which something we hadn’t been made aware of before the stay.
