Positive: The premises are clean, organised, well-equipped and ventilated along with a WiFi. The hosts are warm and responsive. They are fairly receptive and are constantly upgrading their facilities on the basis of feedback and otherwise. The manager/caretaker Bhupinder uncle is a delightful person, helpful and reasonably flexible. They offer help in navigation to the hostel and elsewhere if the need be. There's a budget restaurant right there. The spacious lounge area and garden adds to the experience. Kudos to Ashish (owner) for conceiving and knitting it all together. All in all, it's a pleasant experience worth revisiting.

Positive: The highlight of my stay was definitely the excellent service. Bhupinder helped me a lot planning my trip to Vaishno Devi and Srinagar, gave me a lot of good tips and info and made me feel very welcomed and secure. The food was really good, everything was clean, the room had AC, free drinking water and the bed was comfortable. The garden is a must and makes the place very cozy. I'm very grateful I chose this place 🙏
