Summary: You would have got excellent had the rooftop pool deck and bar been operational. Very disappointed 😞. We booked because you had a pool.

Summary: Nyonya and baba decor and unique heritage hotel. Like the spacious free spaces for photo taking, outdoor movie and parking. Also good location that walkable to all attractions

Summary: What a lovely place to stay and so clean and well run. Conveniently located for all the lovely old street shops and restaurants. If there was one negative it would be that the front desk should tell late returning guests to not bang doors or behave loudly.

Summary: Apart from a kettle there was no other facilities provided in the room. We paid premiums for our stay and expected more. The towels and bed linens are not crisp white, they are of a grey white. The options for cereals at the breakfast bar were the cheapest n unhealthy types. The rice porridge was at room temperature- porridge needed to be served hot. The staff at the breakfast dining room were more interested in chit chatting with their colleagues. Our table was full of used dishes but they took their time to clear them. On the positive side, the front desk staff are competent and helpful. The room is big and tidy.

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous building and ideal location. Staff was decent, but not stellar. They only finished cleaning room in the late afternoon. Often forgot to change glasses and towels. Shades let in lots of light. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Staff never once responded to my messages or emails.
