Positive: Wonderful hotel in the old city part. The hotel is actually formed of 4 historical buildings renovated into one unified style. It is a beautiful and special hotel with excellent location

Negative: The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel with some 100 rooms , so we were not able to find a table the first day.

Summary: Highly recommended.

Positive: Excellent check-in service, very good facilities and amenities, room cleanliness, excellent soft pillows! ...and nice jacuzzi :) Walking distance to Jonker Walk night market and Melaka city attraction areas.

Negative: Limited parking space and First-come-first-serve. 1 or 2 general/public areas in hotel not provided with air-condition, thus feel very humid during the day.

Summary: Excellent service by hotel staff. Charming hotel ambience. Room, bathroom very clean.
