Positive: A lovely place to stay in Phuket’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be better! It was so handy being able to walk to so many attractions, restaurants and cafes from our accommodation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and always gave us a warm welcome. It’s handy having the attached coffee shop with nice coffee downstairs too. We extended our stay as it was such good value for money.

Positive: It’s a very cute and well-maintained old building. You can tell that they’ve put a lot of care and affection into keeping it in good shape. The room was very comfortable, despite not being very big, with a comfy bed, a small fridge, a clothes rack, and everything needed for a short stay. The whole building was very clean including the room, which I really appreciated. We didn’t have any view - the window faced the courtyard - just mentioning this in case a view is important to you; it might be worth checking with the staff before booking. Also, there’s no separate bath section in the bathroom, meaning the shower area is part of the main floor - mentioning this as I know some people might not like the idea of a wet bathroom floor (wasnt slippery tho). The location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were very polite! Overall, it’s a really good choice if your priority is having a clean room in a great location! P.S. They didn’t have any vegan options at the café (they said not yet — so this might change!), so we didn’t try it, but it looked really nice.

Positive: The place is super neat and tidy. The room is spacious. Location is perfect, it is right next to Phuket old town. A very ideal location for shopping and eating. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: I wish there is a lift to make it easier to carry luggage upstairs. However, this is not a complain.

Summary: Great!! Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Positive: Our stay was great! The hosts were kind, and the room was spacious, located on the first floor with access via stairs. We also had a closed balcony, which was a nice addition. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, making it very convenient to explore. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free street parking nearby. The area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Phuket Town!

Positive: The location is very close to the old town. Staff was really nice.

Negative: The pictures should be updated! It does not look the same. The entrance leads right into a café. The hotel/rooms are in the back. We had been given room 101, which seems to be the only one located on the ground floor. The design matched the given photos, but the floor already has a lot of marks on it (quite used). Upon entering we could smell a mixture of weed and sewage. The window faces a wall, so there is no natural light, and thus we could not open the window to try and clear out the smell. The room felt like a stinky, hidden room. The bathroom itself does not have a window and therefore had a high humidity which seems to be a long-time issue as there is some mould growing between the bathroom tiles. Overall, the bed was very clean (quite hard) and the stay was fine for one night. But, the smell would deter me from returning or staying more than one night. Cannot speak for the rooms not on the ground floor.
