Positive: I loved the location just outside the town of fang and overlooking rice fields. We just happened to be the only guests and the bridge over the stream towards reception seemed to offer a way into paradise. The room was spacious,quiet and comfortable and the lovely swimming pool was next door. But what made the property special was the warmth and hospitality of the Thai/ French owners and the lovely staff. I still think of the kind lady who served breakfast who cooked my gluten free oats as I am allergic to wheat. She also cooked the freshest eggs in the world. They were so good my girlfriend bought some to take home.
Negative: The swimming pool does not have a ‘deep end’ so it was fine for me but would not suit hardcore swimmers. This is a personal thing but I am not a fan of ‘Muzak’ at the breakfast table. It was not needed. Would rather listen to the birds outside.

Positive: Exceptional property. It was delightfully situated in its own grounds next to a stream and peaceful countryside. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable . The staff were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with some of the best eggs I have ever tasted. So good that my girlfriend bought some ! And the orange juice was freshly squeezed and delicious.
Negative: Very minor point but the swimming pool didn’t have a ‘deep end !’
Summary: A thorough delight ! Would return in a heartbeat.

Positive: What a lovely place to stay. Our room was huge and incredibly quiet. We probably had our best nights sleep staying here. Noi is an incredible cook for not only breakfast, but also dinner. She was accommodating, patient, loving and incredibly talented in the kitchen. Tip, co-owner, and her husband, Antoine, speak English and French are welcoming, warm and caring. The pool has an amazing view of the fields and far away mountain range. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this resort. this is a family run business and it shows.

Negative: From the booking website we were expecting a private patio/balcony and our room did not have one. There are shared sitting areas outside. The pool is rather shallow.

Positive: We stayed one night at the Baan Innto resort in Fang and it was a great experience. The bungalows/rooms are big, nicely decorated and situated in a lovely garden with swimming pool. It was nice and peaceful. The food is excellent and the hosts are very nice and helpful. They gave us lots of ideas for exploring the area. We highly recommend this place.
