Positive: Everything! Nan is the perfect hostess, helped with every request we had. The facilities are great! There are kayaks and bikes available for use and a natural pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a view to the river. Surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served to the rooms and was tasty. There is a possibility to order delicious food for dinner, do the laundry or take a massage for extra charge. All the staff are very friendly and provide good service. It is close to Erawan waterfall and additional sightseeing of Kanchanaburi area.

Negative: Just the ants… but it is a jungle after all

Positive: The location is unbelievable, right next to the river with a balcony overlooking it. The staff also brought the food to us so that we could have dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace, which we absolutely loved. The resort also offers you free use of their kayaks, which we thoroughly enjoyed after breakfast, paddling down the river right off the dock next to our room. The room was lovely too, very big and with a comfortable bed. Finally, the owner is lovely, very friendly and helpful, it was easy to communicate with her as she was always available to contact through WhatsApp.

Negative: The only small criticism would be some ants in the room, however, you have to keep in mind that it's basically next to the jungle, so this is to be expected and we didn't have any problems.

Summary: Fantastic experience close to nature!

Positive: Staff are amazing. Kayaking was great. The natural pool is lovely. The dogs are so friendly and a nice part of the resort. The bathrooms are very clean and showers are great. Linen is good quality. The balcony and fountain is so relaxing. Easy to catch the bus to Erawan(30baht) and down to Kanchanaburi (60baht). A rustic and relaxing spot surrounded by beautiful nature and hospitable staff! The food available at the resort is basic and reasonably priced! You can get drinks at reception. We loved our stay!

Positive: Very friendly, kind and attentive staff. Good location, close to the Erewan National Park. OK for short stay. Room with nice view and tarrace.

Negative: There were ants in the room. Brekfast is quite poor.

Positive: Wonderful !!! The area is nice, the room is big, comfortable and very clean. The service is perfect and friendly.

Negative: Not a big case but I think it would be good to have more hangers in the room.

Positive: Staff and Manager very kind and responsive. Pretty gardens and fountains, good location. The food varied from good to average. The air conditioner in our room leaked, and we were moved to another room quickly and without fuss. The manager called a technician and the next day it seemed that all The AC units were serviced.

Negative: Long printed list of "do not do" items with fines for breaking the rules, but no information about facilities etc. This gives an unpleasant feel to a stay. Rooms are quite sparse with no closets just a tiny hanging space in the corner. Some electrical wiring hanging above the door (in two rooms we used). There were a lot of ants and other bugs, but the area is next to water, jungle, and mountains so it is hard to control.

Summary: Some excellence, and some less so
