Negative: The restaurant...Took it because of the good food review, and they did have a lot of variety in their menu. We ordered using their menu, were told order was received.. then after a full hour of waiting the chef told us what we ordered wasn't available. Had to order from somewhere else. So we had to wait almost 3h to finally eat dinner. Kids were very hungry. Chef also told us we will get the beef samosa we ordered for breakfast. At breakfast we got vegetable samosas which kids didn't like. Asked for beef samosa but it was not available.

Positive: A Delightful & Relaxing Stay at Baali Diani Apartments I spent three nights at Baali Diani Apartments with my partner, and it was a wonderful stay. From arrival to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help — special mention to Dan (night watcher) and chef Clara, both of whom went above and beyond. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, with good air-conditioning (a must in the warm evenings), and the kitchen well-stocked for basic use. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, giving a good start to the day. The garden and pool area offer a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxing after beach time. While it’s not right on the sand, the beach is still easily walkable, and the location feels safe and calm. A few minor notes: more kitchen utensils (chopping board, additional pots) might help for guests who cook more. Also, hot water wasn’t always consistent in the shower, but not enough to spoil the experience. Overall, great value — I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly, peaceful base at Diani without paying resort prices.

Positive: We had the best time. The manager was really nice. We didn't realize how great their breakfast would be in the morning so we bought food. That was a lovely surprise. Best bed and breakfast. Amazing pool, stunning gazebo's.
