Positive: Great location (1min to swimming, groceries, restaurants, kids playground), very friendly and caring host, new apartments in excellent condition. As a family we appreciated table tennis in the house, possbility to borrow electric bikes free of charge and also there is a great ice cream place right in front of the house.

Positive: Host -Josef collected us from the airport. He was very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. The accommodation is in a fabulous location. We used the bikes/e-bikes available which made getting around super easy.

Negative: Unfortunately there wasn't air conditioning which meant the accommodation was quite hot. We left windows open at night but then the church bell which rings on the hour woke us up!

Summary: Fabulous host, fabulous location. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Fabulous reconstruction of a former bank house. Don't expect an IKEA house, this was designed by an architect. The owner is a person with taste and perspective, who will always willingly help you make the most of your vacation here. If you want to be right in the center of the action and have everything Traunkirchen has to offer within easy reach, there is no better choice.

Positive: Famous location of Baadhaus just on Traunsee in very nice small city Traunkirchen. Owner family very friendly and helpful to recommend activities around (like hiking to Feuerkogel or to enjoy skywalk on Grunberg) . Hotel is "green" sustainable energy production. By recommendation of Josef (owner), we travel to Hallstatt via train where train station is just 5min walk. Our room had very nice terrace from which you can look on Traunsee as well to nice chapel up the hill.
