Positive: Location in a nice neighborhood with nice shops, bakery close by and suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and host Berat was very responsive.

Negative: The apartment doesn’t have a living room, but we solved it by gathering in one of the bedrooms. So not really a downside.

Summary: Nice group location for a short stay to visit Koln.

Positive: The property was in a great location to explore the Christmas Markets

Negative: It had not been cleaned to a professional standard. Eg: The fridge smelt, and had a pool of water in the bottom with hair in it, there was stuff in the dishwasher when we arrived, the toilet brush was disgusting, there was a lot of dust on the trinkets on the bedside tables and we found a used cotton bud poking out from under the bed. Also if booking as a family with young kids it’s worth noting that there is no lounge area. There is a dining table and large tv in the hallway but no sofas or comfy area to sit.

Positive: Great location, plenty of room for our family of 6. It had all the necessary comforts.

Negative: When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the Nespresso machine was full of pods that had not been cleaned.

Negative: The apartment is quite narrow and located at a noisy street . Impossible to find a parking place. Not many windows so not a lot of daylight. The internet was not working .
