Negative: the property was very small . They advertised as a 1 bedroom. It is a inclosed carport about 300 sf. There was a lot of safety issues. There was a water line in the middle of the sidewalk that stood about 12 inches high and also a sewer line clean out that was in the sidewalk that stood about 8inches high. The bathroom shower looked like a child install it. The place has a lot going for it but needs somebody that has the experience in construction. The water in the bath was only hot so there is some problem with the plumbing. I would be very careful going in the place in the dark because of the tripping hazards We really liked the location and the price was good.. not trying to be picky but there needs to be some serious repairs. All in all we stayed there 5 night and had a good time. Close the ocean.

Summary: I am a retired contractor and if I had a few days to repair these issues it would be an awesome place to stay.
