Summary: Hotel The hotel is old, and during our two-day stay, the room was never cleaned. We had to request towels directly from the front desk. Breakfast was very poor, with little variety, and there were not even enough plates available for guests. Moreover, the room was infested with fleas, and my family and I were all bitten. A truly disappointing experience, far below expectations.

Summary: It was amazingly quiet, clean and well equipped. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The desk employees were friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance staff took care if of my door problem with speed and efficiency! I will definitely return!

Summary: Made a reservation for 2 beds. The manager changed our room for a king without confirming with us beforehand. We needed the 2 beds and made the reservation for 2 for that reason. When we got to the hotel, we could not be moved to a different room because they were overbooked.

Summary: My wife and I came to the Jupiter/Juno Beach area for a quick getaway and to celebrate my wife's birthday. We got a great deal on hotels.com, and were wonderfully surprised at the spaciousness of the room; its cleanliness and comfort. The staff found out it was my wife's birthday, and a gift bag with some goodies arrived at our room! The only drawback was the volume on the TV ... but we weren't here for TV ;)
