Summary: Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing.

Summary: I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua.

Summary: A place you just want to stay on your trip to New Zealand. We loved everything about it and the location is perfect. Fantastic helpful and eminent host. We enjoyed the breakfast with Vivien and other guests with good conversations around the table.
