Positive: Perfect B&B in the country-side Everything was very clean, Serena is super friendly and respects your privacy View from out balcony Rimini & the Adriatic sea + San Marino in the distance Close by the rolling hills of Emilia Romagna Would come back 100% when we stay in this area again

Negative: No washing machine...breakfast was self-serve packaged assorted pastries...cost of 60 euros per night, especially "off-season", is expensive for that area according to the local residents. However, overall a good stay, with incredible panoramic views...and a very nice owner.
