Positive: The villa has a magnificent 270 degree view over the vineyards and olive trees. And a huge pool with plenty of pool chairs and parasols. Spacious rooms and multiple bathrooms. Car can be parked covered or outdoor. Staff is very helpful for local tips.

Negative: It’s good to know that the house is in rural/countryside Italy. Larger cities (Rimini, San Marino) are at a 25-35 minute drive. On the other hand you have plenty really local Italian restaurants nearby.

Summary: Living the luxury live, the Italian way.
