Positive: Very clean and well furnished B&B, with a very helpful host and excellent breakfast. Short easily managed walk to the centre. I was also kindly allowed to park my motorbike in the secure garage.

Positive: Excellent location with a very caring host. Probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Nothing to much for the host. Breakfast to die for. Location is perfect with a short walk to the centre and Menen Gate.

Negative: Nothing. All good.

Positive: Thank you so much dear Nancy for being a wonderful host to my father and me during our unforgettable stay in Ypres. We enjoyed the beautiful stylish atmosphere of the house, great rooms, a wonderful breakfast, super tidy and clean. Having no doors on bathrooms is a matter of taste and controversially discussed among couples in Germany.

Positive: The property was only a short walk away from the Menin gate. The room was perfect, comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. The host Nancy let us park our motorcycles in her garage and there was space for cars on the road. Great breakfast, she also cooked us scrambled eggs.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety. The host accommodated a early breakfast (6:30) and it was very much appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.
