Positive: - incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

Negative: We loved everything. But just to note - if you travel without a car, it might be a bit far from big attractions like Perugia. If you travel with a car - this is a perfect spot!
