Negative: No aircon during heatwave. No products in shower - though advertised. Back of bed headboard was broken.

Positive: Nice spacious room with large en-suite bathroom Nice touches extras such as sweets cotton pads ear buds etc Clean property Comfortable bed and bedding
Negative: I was very cold in the room as environmentally fitted smart radiator adaptors despite turning it up to max I was still very cold Opted for orange juice as dont drink tea/ coffee One small glass without offer of any more disappointing I did feel like I was imposing in Someone’s house as it was a B&B can’t put my finger on it it was just awkward for me Over priced in my opinion compared to my other weekly stays in Oxfordshire Woken very early by a howling sound at 6am not sure if this was a dog or water pipes and the sound of water running from someone showering above my room little early for me

Positive: Breakfast wonderful. Location good but an illuminated sign to find it in the dark would help. Parking excellent and car charger available. Very eco friendly .
