Positive: The room was big and spotless. Clear instructions for self check in. The breakfast was good. The villa is beautiful and a few steps away from the sea. Easy parking.

Negative: No alternative milk for breakfast. You can hear all the noise in the morning from the corridor when other guests open/close their doors and talk loud.

Positive: The positive aspect was the parking, although the spot wasn’t guaranteed, since you had to catch it in time. When we arrived, there was no space available. Another positive point is that the beach is almost right next to the hotel, and you have umbrellas and sunbeds provided by the hotel. The breakfast is very good, and there is also a restaurant available.

Negative: The room we had was at the back and we didn’t have easy access to the (otherwise beautiful) courtyard. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the internet was bad. For an area where there is nothing to do apart from the sea, and with a room at the back in a not well condition, the price was too high. It served us for one night as a stop on the way to our next destination, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more days.

Summary: Accepted for a quick stop, though pricey, but not for a longer stay

Positive: The B&B is located next to the beach, there is a seperate building with the restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner in the evening. Area is clean and green, check in and check out is smooth.

Negative: The owners have organized a very loud party in the garden..there was a loud music until 12pm-1am, it was impossible to talk in the room with the closed window, not saying about going to sleep. (We were not informed that the party will be organized). The walls in the apartment are rather slim and you can hear each noise from the apartment next to you.

Positive: The location is perfect, right by the sea in the only place you can go swim before Cefalu'. The green yard and plants, how it is organized outside, the parking lot, the building. All really nice! And the ladies at Brekfast were really nice and welcoming. Check-In also was easy

Negative: The bed of the room we were in (Room3) was too low and uncomfortable, for that we did not sleep so good. Also the TV in the room was pretty old and not supporting Internet APPs.

Summary: Good for value and time, some things should be renovated.
