Positive: friendly hosts, spacious and clean bathroom You get what you pay for. The price is good considering that the City can be reached within an hour

Negative: The listing is misleading with items listed that are untrue/ unavailable. It should not be called b&b as breakfast is not included. It has to be preordered as an additional. Besides, the host makes it clear that she rather not do breakfast. It is listed as beachfront. That is totally incorrect. The beach is far away. The listing shows photos of the garden, terrace, also listing bbq. This is totally misleading. This is the owner's garden, not accessible to guests. Other items listed like dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron are not available. There was no kettle, no water in the room, has to be taken from the bathroom. The whole bathroom situation has been explained in other reviews. Just be honest and truthful!

Positive: Very quiet, location was OK if you have a car. Not sure where the closest bus or train is. The hosts were very nice. The room was pretty small but was adequate for what I needed. Bed was small but comfortable. Microwave and fridge were ok and useful. I did not use the 2 burner stove, but they had plates and silverware. Large shopping mall only a couple minutes away. Also, Close to freeways. All in all, pretty nice for the price.

Negative: The private bath was a little ways down the common hallway, but was ok. Nothing within walking distance, but, large shopping mall only a couple minutes away.

Summary: Nice for the money.

Positive: It was quiet and peaceful yet only a short distance by train into the centre. You can also walk to the beach in around 20 minutes. It's well signposted so you can't get lost. There is a nearby shopping centre if you wish to pick up a few things for breakfast. Thanks to Inge and Leif for making my stay a relaxing one
