Positive: The location was good for transit to our destination. We arrived just in time for a good parking spot. The room was effectively furnished and clean.

Negative: The 24/7 check-in machine didn't display the PIN code. Fortunately, someone was present to fix it. Parking in the gated area was limited.

Positive: Very convenient stop between Tunnel and Dordogne. Clean and spacious rooms.

Negative: Communication failure between booking.com and the hotel chain meant that we did not receive the codes we needed to access our rooms. The hotel is unmanned at night and the check in machine was switched off. We figured it out and staff were helpful on the phone but it was the last thing we needed after a long journey when we were looking forward to some sleep. I wouldn’t book a B&B hotel through booking.com again.

Positive: The bed linens were of good quality and the water was hot. The breakfast offering quite decent for the price.

Negative: The room is exceptionally small. I was one guest & felt as though I was a sardine in a can. The air conditioning was very poor - room so hot all night long I slept little.
