Positive: Location is ok, the bus station is just in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception was very sweet.

Negative: Even though I had already paid the full amount at check-in, the hotel still tried to charge my credit card saved with Booking.com multiple times. Later, they even sent me a WhatsApp message accusing me of not paying. I had to send them my receipt to prove the payment, yet they never apologized for the repeated attempts to withdraw money from my account or for their unfounded accusations. The stay itself was fine, but the experience afterward, especially their rude attitude, was incredibly disappointing.
