Positive: Very convenient

Negative: Bathroom door didn’t shut and is beyond repair . Time for a refurb .

Summary: Polite staff easy check in . Coffee on the buffet was not good .A nice coffee to start the day is essential .

Positive: The hotel is located near a train station (10 min walk) from which the trains can take you to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. The hotel has a large parking lot which is useful for travelers by car. The breakfast had a good variety: eggs, bacon, beans, biscuits, fresh baked croissants, tea, coffee, fruite juices, yoghurt, bread, salami, ham, cheese (it would be good to add some vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, carrots). The room was spacious and had a mini fridge which was useful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with some toiletries (toothbrush, shaving kit). The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Negative: The biggest issue is that the hotel was advertised that it has an outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, it hasn't been working for a while but there was no notification after the booking process about this. The text and the photos still state that there is a swimming pool which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, so we were disappointed. The second issue is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and we have been bitten by them many times. This problem could be easily solved by installing mosquito nets on the windows. The third issue was with the AC as it is loud and does not work very well (that is why we had to open the window to get some air in along with the mosquitoes).

Positive: Clean and tidy room, decent Wi-Fi, and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Negative: Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, and the bed was a bit too firm for my preference.

Positive: The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, yogurt, fruit salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, croissants, cheese, ham, cakes and other sweets. Pretty much plenty options. The staff nice and helpful.

Negative: The whole 3rd floor reeked of mold! Inside the room too but also the whole floor. Also the shower head is on the wall, it's not portable. Ur hair gets wet and u can't really clean urself. The rooms also need renovation. At least paint the walls.. it wasn't cheap, it cost 100 euros per night for a double room. I ld expect better quality from an 100 per night hotel.

Summary: It was OK but there is issue with the mold...

Positive: The location right off the Motorway was very convenient and the Parking was plentiful.

Negative: The water was disrupted during our stay and was only warned about this during check in. The room required refurbishment and was missing small details, such as the hook to hang your towel on was the nub. The double bed was made of 2 singles and wasn't super comfortable. There was also no soup provided during check in, but this was quickly rectified.

Summary: Good overnight stay - Not for long term staying!
