Positive: Breakfast was served at the table and was very good. The B&B was well positioned although I had understood when I booked that there was private car parking. There was a public carpark adjacent with modest parking charges.
Negative: The room was very small, two floors up under the eaves and reached by a very steep wooden staircase. The ensuite shower room was well fitted out.
Summary: Disappointing accommodation but a friendly host and a good breakfast

Positive: If you want to be near enough to Antwerp - 15 mins by train or bus - but not have to drive in, the location is great. Breakfast was served fresh, and was enough to really keep me going . Room was large, larger than some hotels I have used, and the bed is very comfortable. B&B is only short walk into the centre of old Lier, lots of places to eat and drink there.
Negative: Okay, this you need to think of if you have big luggage of difficulty with stairs. My room was on the 1st floor, which with the high ceiling height was a 1.5 narrow stair - no lift. Parking is on a pay and display nearby - 50m, but that wasn't an issue

Positive: The room was quite small, but enough, very nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast in the morning! The location was also very good with a big free parking area close to the place. At this price it was a great deal!
Negative: Relatively small room, but overall very nice!

Negative: Nothing to criticise.

Positive: the rooms were clean and nice, renovated showers etc. We had kids-friends with us, they had a nice time. Breakfast was very good, with everything you expect in a 4 star hotel.
