Positive: Luca is a great host and the house is super comfortable and pretty. The area is great to explore the amazing surroundings and landmarks like Rocca Calascio or the Oratorio di S.Pellegrino.

Negative: I liked everything. Beware of the road google maps suggests. There is a dirt road you don't need to take since there is a perfectly good road on the other side

Positive: Excellent warm and friendly hospitality, Luca and Paulina made us feel so welcome in this B&B. Communication was easy and helpful. Luca went out of his way to provide vegan breakfast (not easy in such a remote location with last minute notice, but very appreciated). Delicious coffee. The room was perfect, good value, very clean, good facilities. Lovely courtyard area to eat breakfast or relax. Good wifi. It is in a beautiful and historic village, if arriving late come prepared as there are no shops or restaurants close. We loved it, wished we could have stayed for longer, and will definitely return when back in the area!
