Positive: Very warm room with powerful shower (strong water pressure and hight temperature). Love it! Comfortable beds. Super nice host and good breakfast. The best bathroom we ever stay in. very easy parking. close to the center. Perfect for family.

Positive: The room was really big and specious- You can tell it has been recentry refurbished. Breakfast is really generous, lots of different food is served. The location of the property is a ten minutes from the city gate, and near the roman theatre.
Negative: the open wardrobe in the bedroom is not built properly, you can hardly reach the pole to hung your clothes
Summary: confortable small apartment in short distance to the centre of Gubbio.

Positive: We had a big apartment that you could easily live in for a long time. Well equiped kitchen that we cooked two meals in and magnificent breakfast. The owner Luca went out of his way to find a massage for us tired and leg sore hikers and he washed and dried our stinky hiking clothes for us. Above and beyond the call of duty in our opinion.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.
Summary: Comfortable two night stay. We appreciated Lucas help.
