Positive: Everything was excellent. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely balcony. Just a heads up for anyone sensitive to scents: there are quite a few reed diffusers around, which was a bit much for some of us.

Positive: It is a beautiful property on a quiet street. The most beautiful place we stayed. And the hosts were very nice. I would return here for sure.
Negative: It was advertised as having a washing machine which was very important to us. But there was no washing machine. Had I known I would have booked a hotel where I would have had breakfast included in the price. I suggest the hosts clarify the booking info so it does not mislead about the washing machine.

Positive: Liked everything. Stunning design, privacy, bathrooms! Very kind reception, helpful, and perfect communication. Central location but quiet street. We would stay here for extended stay if we were not hiking the Via Di Francesco. Is a gorgeous place.
