Positive: The apartment is cozy and tidy. In the core of Gubbio, walkable distance from car park and main attractions. The owner was extremely friendly and helped us with our luggage and gave us advices on restaurants and local shops. Perfect for a family or friends gathering.

Positive: Perfect location to explore the old city and with easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms.
Negative: As someone who is sensitive to scent, I felt nauseous and got a massive headache from the numerous scent pots and air fresheners. It negatively affected my enjoyment of the home.

Positive: The apartment has been exceptionally well renovated & is in a prime location. Each bedroom had it's own private bathroom & sitting room as well as the shared large living space & kitchen. The attention to detail was amazing & the hosts kept in touch throughout the stay making sure we had everything we needed.

Positive: This property in the center of old town Gubbio is fantastic. The newly renovated three level apartment with two full bathrooms was beautifully executed. The owners spared no expense with top of the line finishes and fittings. The decor is modern with designer touches. The kitchen has absolutely everything one would want, including snacks and beverages. I highly recommend this property.
Negative: This property is exceptional, there is nothing that we didn’t like. The location, among the alleyways of old Gubbio, might be a challenge for some, although we had no problem finding the place.

Positive: It’s a large, luxurious and well-appointed flat. Really one of the most attractive spaces we’ve ever stayed in. Our hosts were very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Negative: Can’t think of a single thing we disliked.
