Positive: A very unusual stay in the old water tower. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the heated floor is to die for! The homemade breakfast with the fresh orange juice was served by the host, Luka. He also gave us precious tips on what to see and do.

Positive: Our stay at De Tulpentoren was excellent. The accommodation was very bespoke and unlike anywhere we’d ever stayed before. Our host, Luca, was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble for him. The B&B was well placed for Krugenhof Gardens which was our main reason for visiting the area.

Positive: An exceptional B&B with a charming host. The beds are very comfortable, and the open-plan bathroom impresses with a rainforest shower and underfloor heating. For breakfast, host Luca offers everything your heart desires, and the kitchen on the 6th floor of the old water tower provides a fantastic view. Free parking is available right at the base of the building. This definitely won’t be our last stay here.

Positive: A very original and iconic building, clean , tidy and spacious rooms with a tv, coffee making facilities and a small convenient fridge. The view was beautiful from the breakfast room . The breakfast was wonderful with more than enough of everything. Luka the owner was very helpful before and during my stay, very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay . I would highly recommend this property.

Negative: It’s a tall thin building with a lift. The lift only stops at alternating floors so if you have a mobility problem it is worth considering and discuss with the owner prior to your booking. There is a convenient ramp at the building entrance.

Positive: Great accommodation in a unique setting. Luka has been an amazing host, and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was nice with a beautiful bathroom, delicious and wide spread of breakfast and communication was also very quick and good. He was also happy for us to check in early, so we could get changed before attending a wedding nearby. Thanks for your hospitality!
