Positive: We thought our welcome was very personal. Often it's a key safe arrangement, but with Christian our host, he met us, helped us with our bags, helped me find a parking space and offered us lemon granita and aperitifs. Breakfast was personally prepared and included frittata, muffins, prosciutto and cheese. He even offered us granita the following afternoon after visiting the Roman Villa nearby. I couldn't fault it. Worth spending a night there rather than drive off after visiting the Roman Villa. There are a few good bars and the Trattoria opposite was really good.

Positive: Location is excellent, right in the town centre so all attractions are within walking distance. The area itself is safe and quiet. Christian was an amazing host, he was super helpful and friendly, always stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp. He also prepared homemade lemon granita and limoncello for us upon arrival which was really appreciated, recommended places to see. We had an unfortunate issue with our rental car, and Christian very generously offered to give us a lift to another location. Breakfast is prepared by Christian himself, and all breakfast items are locally-sourced, and authentic to the area. The room was spotless, and very spacious and the mini-fridge was fully stocked with cold drinks which were much appreciated in the heat. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing base in Piazza Armerina.

Positive: Just great - the host made sure everything was running smooth from pre-check-in communication, to parking locations, suggestions for tours, food, welcome drinks, everything you need basically. The room was great, the family is very nice and welcoming. The description provided is accurate, including no parking directly on premises but a few minutes walk away and of course no elevator inside a private house to bring your luggage up - just as described and expected. Would definetly come back and recommend.

Positive: Christian was an outstanding host, made us feel right at home and is an excellent communicator. He gave us plenty of great advice for the town of Piazza Armerina and the surrounding area. The house is very central and beautifully decorated. We received a warm welcome with local treats and the breakfast was delicious, again with homemade dishes. Absolutely highly recommend!

Positive: The apartment is very central, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Christian was extremely attentive and helpful with great suggestions and finding parking nearby. The breakfast were amazing as were the welcome treats. We would highly recommend.

Positive: Host Cristian was truly an incredible host. Excellent communications on arrival and checking. Cristian provided an amazing homemade Sicilian breakfast. Really outstanding. Cristian was also excellent on providing information about the local area attractions. The home is simply amazing. Cristian told us a bit of how he renovated the house. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The large bathrooms were a welcome change to all the other hotels during our trip. Beautiful views from the rooftop terrace and one of the rooms. (Photo of city is from the bedroom balcony.) Perfectly located.
